This and so much more. Welcome to my quiet little corner. I look forward to your visit where we can discuss the many facets of the writing life, with particular attention to poetry and its relationship to the modern, contemporary world. Do the Shakespeares, Donnes, Dickinsons, Whitmans et. al. of the past have a relevance to the era of superficial self-love (or superficial ANY-love for that matter)? What can these voices offer the contemporary man or woman today? What voices today offer the wisdom that a poet should offer the world?
Maybe, just maybe, over the course of time, these and many other questions may spark discussion and debate.
Pull up a chair (or more to the point, keyboard) and join with me as I decorate this corner with our words and dialogue.
As always, thanks for visiting…
